Storage: only when you initiate file transfer. It never scans your storage automatically.
It's a false positive. Remote-control tools simulate keyboard/mouse and send screenshots—behaviors that resemble malware to automated scanners. Unlike malware, RemotePC has no telemetry, no cloud, and runs only when you open it.
